What we hold
Your name and email address, and the financial records you enter: accounts, categories, recurring items, transactions, periods, and the balances you record against them. We also keep the date and version of the terms you accepted, so there is a record of what you agreed to.
Who can see it
The members of your household can see that household's records. Nobody outside it can. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to target advertising.
We email you for account verification, password resets, and household invitations. There is no marketing email, and there is no marketing opt-in to decline.
Your control
You can export your data and close your account from Settings. Closing an account removes your personal details from it. Records that belong to a household you shared with others stay with that household.
Changes to this policy
When the final policy is published, this version will be replaced and you will be asked to review and accept the new one. The version you accepted is recorded against your account, and it is the version shown at the top of this page on the day you accepted it.
